The Annual Women's Meeting of WIDS was conducted on 27th August 2022, at Alpha Pastoral Centre, Edacochi. Vicar General Rev. Msg. Shaiju Pariyathussery presided over the function and the Kerala High Court Justice Shobha Annamma Eepan inaugurated the meeting.
Distribution of first installment for construction of houses for 40 needy families, distribution of funds for self-employment of differently-abled persons, education fund for needy students and distribution of financial assistance to families of those who died due to Covid-19 were held in the meeting. Ann Marie Ansell, a law student and exemplary young woman, was honored. Artistic performances by Wides members added to the festivities.
