| Under the patronage of the Corporate Educational Agency of the Diocese, a Project aimed at the uplifting of the orphans and poor children of the society through education was launched on 12th Dec 2009. Msgr Antony Thachara, Vicar General of the Diocese, Dr Charles Dias M.P., Dr Laliamma Jose etc were present for the inauguration of the project along-side the galaxy of the teachers working in the schools of the Diocese. The project, said Fr Francis Kurisinkal, General Manager of the Corporate Educational agency, mainly focuses on 4 areas like imparting free school education to the poor children, insuring them, conducting conscientization programs and supporting them financially during their higher studies. |
